• supervision; and
• continued employment or engagement.

Any recruitment fee, replacement guarantee, candidate ownership period or related commercial term will be governed by the applicable recruitment agreement or written commercial terms.

Where you submit a resume, application, enquiry, contact information or other information to CREIT, you represent that you have the right to provide that information.

Information may be processed for legitimate purposes including:

• responding to enquiries;
• providing services;
• recruitment;
• candidate matching;
• communication;
• administration; and
